Daraprim is an antiparasite medication that works to keep parasites from multiplying and developing in the body.

BEFORE TAKING THIS MEDICINE
You should not take Daraprim if you are allergic to it or if you have megaloblastic anemia, a blood cell condition caused by a lack of folate (folic acid). If you have ever had seizures (particularly if you take phenytoin), liver disease, kidney disease, alcoholism, or if you are malnourished, tell your doctor before using Daraprim.
HOW SHOULD I TAKE DARAPRIM?
Follow your prescription’s instructions to the letter. Your doctor may adjust your dose from time to time. This medicine should not be taken in bigger or smaller doses or for longer than suggested.
WHAT SHOULD I AVOID WHILE TAKING PYRIMETHAMINE?
Any limits on food, beverages, or activities should be followed according to your doctor’s directions.
SIDE EFFECTS
