Cotellic (cobimetinib) is a cancer drug that prevents cancer cells from growing and spreading in the body.

If you are allergic to cobimetinib, you should not use Cotellic.
TO MAKE SURE COTELLIC IS SAFE FOR YOU, TELL YOUR DOCTOR IF YOU HAVE:
a history of eye difficulties (particularly a problem with your retina); liver or renal disease; skin problems not connected to melanoma; a muscular disorder; a bleeding or blood clotting disorder such as hemophilia; or a condition that requires the use of a blood thinner such as warfarin (Coumadin, Jantoven).
HOW SHOULD I TAKE COTELLIC?
Follow your doctor’s instructions for taking Cotellic. Blood tests will be performed by your doctor to ensure that you have the correct tumor type for cobimetinib treatment.
COTELLIC SIDE EFFECTS
Diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting may occur. If any of these effects last or get worse, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
STORAGE
Store at room temperature away from light and moisture. Keep all medications away from children and pets.
